The project tackles California's growing housing crisis by offering sustainable, affordable housing built entirely with CLT panels, aiming to meet the demand for new homes while addressing the needs of millennials, who face unique financial challenges and delayed real estate investment. With Southern California planning for 1.3 million new homes by 2029, the design integrates flexible living spaces to accommodate evolving lifestyles, including remote work, ensuring the homes are not only accessible but also adaptable to modern living standards.
