Juan Gilberto Bugarin Castillo is an architect with a Master's degree in Mass Timber Design from IAAC. He is currently pursuing a MSc in Sustainable Design, Construction, and Management of the Built Environment as part of 'The MBUILD' program. Having completed the first two semesters in the University of Porto and the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen, he’s now gearing up for the third semester at the University of Cantabria. Juan actively collaborates remotely with architectural firms in the U.S., Mexico, and Spain, utilizing his expertise across diverse architectural and research projects.

Over ten years of design project management experience and three years of teaching Eco-Design at TecNM. His professional portfolio spans a wide spectrum, encompassing residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use projects, as well as furniture design and fabrication.
